Hi, I’m Kamil Jurczenko, a Software Developer passionate about creating games and building meaningful digital experiences. My interest in game development started at a very young age — ever since I played my first video games, I knew I wanted to create my own worlds and interactive stories.
I went on to study Computer Engineering, where I gained a solid foundation in programming, systems design, and problem-solving. After graduation, I worked in web development at several companies, where I learned how to build efficient, user-focused software and collaborate in professional development environments.
Today, I’m combining those skills and passions as a solo game developer, working on my first commercial title while continuing to explore other areas of technology, including hardware projects like my custom WLED Controller.
My goal is to keep learning, growing, and creating — whether that’s through designing immersive games, developing new tools, or experimenting with innovative ideas that connect creativity and technology.

This project marks my first fully independent commercial video game — designed, coded, and produced entirely solo. It’s an ambitious creative journey where I’m combining my passion for storytelling, design, and interactive experiences into a cohesive, playable world.
From concept art and gameplay mechanics to level design and sound integration, every aspect is crafted by hand with the goal of delivering something fresh and personal. Beyond being a game, this project represents my growth as a developer, my commitment to learning every facet of the process, and my first step into the professional side of game development.
Retro Tunnel is my first 3D mobile game — an endless arcade-style experience where players navigate through a fast-moving tunnel, dodging obstacles to achieve the highest score possible. The game featured a retro-inspired aesthetic, dynamic visuals, and progressively increasing difficulty to challenge players’ reflexes.
Although the project didn’t perform as well as my previous release, it became a valuable learning milestone in my development journey. After launch, I realized the importance of playtesting with real players, as the difficulty curve turned out to be far steeper than intended. This experience taught me how essential user feedback and balance testing are in creating an enjoyable, accessible gameplay experience.
Despite its limited success, Retro Tunnel helped me strengthen my 3D game development skills, improve my understanding of player experience design, and refine my approach to future projects.

This was my debut mobile game — the first project I ever completed and released publicly on the Google Play Store. Developed entirely on my own, it served as both a creative experiment and a major learning milestone in my journey as a game developer.
Despite being a first release, the game surpassed 2,000 downloads and received strong positive reviews from players, highlighting its originality, smooth gameplay, and attention to detail.
This early success gave me the confidence and motivation to continue creating, pushing my skills further toward more ambitious commercial projects.

WLED_Controller is my first fully designed hardware-software project: a custom PCB built around an ESP-WROOM-32 to drive LED strips and offer flexible control.
Through this project, I gained valuable experience in embedded systems development, circuit design, and hardware manufacturing. It represents a complete end-to-end engineering effort — from concept and design to a fully functional, production-ready device.
